Home Brands Group LLC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Atlanta, GA. The role involves receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and capable of on-the-job training; previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a 50 state background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking/packing.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced env.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Receive/unload shipments, verify accuracy and inspect for damage.
• Organize/store products per warehouse standards.
• Pick/pack/prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries or couriers.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks (if certified).
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment; report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team to support daily operations.
• Drive company vehicle with flatbed trailer as needed.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | Minimum of 40 hours per week

• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries or courier services as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (if certified).
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and promptly report safety concerns to management.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations.
• Drive a company vehicle with a flatbed trailer, as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Experience driving a truck and flatbed trailer.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
