This is a full-time, direct hire position. We seek a team player who is diligent, hardworking, and maintains a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, checking them physically
2. Inspect products for defects and accuracy
3. Pull, pack, and ship finished goods
4. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
5. Perform regular maintenance and inspect machinery for repairs
6. Unload materials from vehicles and organize storage
7. Pick orders from shelves and secure onto pallets
8. Coordinate with managers regarding equipment maintenance
9. Follow safety protocols diligently
10. Maintain tools and equipment cleanliness and functionality
11. Ensure a safe and organized facility environment
12. Assist on local job-sites with structure building, tearing down, and loading trucks
13. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Forklift License preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the US
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and industrial equipment
• Attention to detail and willingness to complete forklift training
• Experience with truck loading/unloading preferred
• Small engine repair skills are a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly

• Exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery
• Potential outdoor work conditions
