The Warehouse Associate at Solar Energy Solutions plays a vital role in supporting our growing install team. This position involves preparing and organizing materials for installation crews, maintaining stock levels, and assisting with warehouse operations to ensure seamless project execution. Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work in various positions (squatting, twisting, standing), and climb ladders
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate vehicles up to 26 feet
• Experience in warehouse settings, especially with forklifts
• Proficiency in using hand-held power tools safely and effectively
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work off-site as needed
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and documenting install equipment inventories
• Picking and preparing materials for install crews
• Overseeing returns and replacement parts (RMA) processes
• Inspecting incoming goods for quality and quantity
• Managing stock levels and reordering supplies
• Labeling pallets and materials accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and yard
• Handling excess and obsolete stock appropriately
• Maintaining safety equipment and workwear
• Transporting materials to job sites to support installers
