Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe in Ashland, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift to support daily distribution center operations. Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Starting wage is $16 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and line-up of bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Able to operate held RF scanner or other devices associated with Warehouse Management System.
• Able to meet safety, quality, productivity and attendance requirements; able to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, lift, stack, push and pull during the shift.
• Able to communicate in English and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Report issues to the Operations Manager or Lead and support process improvement efforts.
• Safely perform warehouse tasks while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
• Complete duties such as loading, unloading, put-away, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping.
• Follow company policies, procedures, OSHA requirements, and all applicable regulations.
