Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Albuquerque, NM, working Monday to Friday with a 5am start time. The role involves a variety of physical warehouse tasks and the chance to earn over $850 paid weekly.

You will join a high-performance culture that values relationships, innovation, and community impact. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced, physical work.
• Lift 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Warehouse experience preferred but on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleaning, and other duties per site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
