Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a well-established company in Fairhope, AL. You will support daily warehouse and production operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing orders for distribution. This role emphasizes accuracy and safety in a hot environment.

The position offers $10.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Employment is full-time with temporary-to-hire potential and offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods (Lift assessment will be conducted).
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Sort, organize, and stage inventory.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Automation Personnel Services is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a well-established company in Fairhope, AL. This position supports daily warehouse and production operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing orders for distribution. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. This is a hot working environment, and candidates must be comfortable working in warm conditions for extended periods.

Pay Rate

$10.50 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Sort, organize, and stage inventory
