Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking experienced Warehouse Associates for a facility in Alcoa, TN. This role supports shipping and receiving activities, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing orders to sales associates for processing. Shifts and Schedule: Weekend shift: Saturday-Tuesday 5:00am-3:30pm.

Pay rate: $18.50 per hour. Candidates must be able to lift 75 lbs, operate RF scanners, and work in a non climate-controlled

• Basic computer skills required.
• Proficiency with RF scanners required.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions.
• Determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic computer skills and use of RF scanners is a MUST
• Preferred general warehouse experience
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 75lbs consistently (an in-office assessment will be performed)
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
