Job description

Compensation & Benefits

Earn $15–$24/Hour (whichever is greater). Weekly Pay + incentives + referral bonus. Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Unload tractor‑trailers in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
• Operate forklifts & powered pallet jacks (training provided).
• Break down and restack pallets.
• Handle freight weighing 25–80 lbs throughout the shift.
• Move 50–200+ pallets daily and handle 25–80 lb cases.
• Work in varied warehouse temperatures from –20°F to 110°F.
• Respond to speech, machinery alarms, and safety alerts in a moderate to loud environment.

Work Conditions

• Lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat for most of the shift.
• Work in temperatures from –20°F to 110°F.
• Shift: 1st Shift, 3:30am until completion; five‑day workweek Monday–Friday; occasional weekends, especially holidays.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Warehouse experience preferred (order picking, forklift, etc.) but other physical work experience (construction, landscaping, etc.) valued.
• Ability to lift, walk, bend, and twist most of the workday.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Good verbal/written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Respectful and courteous interaction with associates, co‑workers, management, and customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work the required schedule and occasional weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to work 1st shift: 3:30am until completion.
