We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to perform all warehouse operations and assist with flooring installations. This dual-role position supports both on-site flooring installations and day-to-day warehouse activities, playing a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installers at job sites with flooring installations (e.g., carpet, hardwood, vinyl, laminate)
• Prepare materials for installation jobs, including cutting carpet and organizing supplies
• Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage
• Make deliveries to job sites using company vehicles as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance duties such as snow removal and lawn care
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to changing job priorities
  
  

Qualifications:
