Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a warehouse associate to support movement, handling, and processing of inventory in the Logistics Center. You will assist inbound, outbound, and internal workflows, performing receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while using RF scanners to update transactions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SOPs, safety, records maintenance, and teamwork to achieve productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and repetitive movement.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow work instructions.
  • Strong reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard applications.
  • 0-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performs general warehouse and logistics operations to support movement, handling, and processing of inventory within the Logistics Center.
  • Supports inbound, outbound, and internal workflows to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
  • Performs general warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products; moves, handles, and stores materials.
  • Uses warehouse systems and RF scanners to track inventory and update transactions.
  • Verifies product accuracy and condition during handling and processing.
  • Follows standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Maintains accurate records of inventory movement and work performed.
  • Supports inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock organization.
  • Prepares products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborates with team members to meet productivity and performance targets.
  • Adapts to changing priorities and supports multiple operational areas as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
