Job summary

Levitate is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant in Pembroke, MA to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory in a safe, organized environment.

The position is seasonal (May-August) and/or (October-January). Duties include inspecting deliveries, processing orders, and maintaining records with attention to detail. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle physical tasks.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect deliveries.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Label and organize inventory; maintain accurate records.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts if certified.
• Assist with stock counts and general warehouse duties.

• Assist with returns and exchanges processing.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries
  
• Check goods against delivery notes and report damages or discrepancies
  
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in an organized and accurate manner
  
• Label, store, and organize inventory correctly
  
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
  
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
  
• Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations
  
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

• Prepare shipments for carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

• Assist with returns and exchanges processing

Requirements and Skills

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
  
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting (typically up to 40-50 lbs) and standing for long periods
  
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Good time management and organizational skills
  
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  
• Active drivers license and willingness to drive company vehicles

Qualifications
