Levitate is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Pembroke. The role involves receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring a safe, organized work space. It is a seasonal position with May–August or October–January opportunities.

The successful candidate will handle stock counts, prepare shipments for carriers, and assist with returns and exchanges. Prior warehouse experience is welcome but not required.

Warehouse Assistant

Location: Pembroke, MA

Employment: Seasonal(May-August) and or (October-Janurary)

Report To: Warehouse + Inventory Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries
  
• Check goods against delivery notes and report damages or discrepancies
  
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in an organized and accurate manner
  
• Label, store, and organize inventory correctly
  
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
  
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
  
• Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations
  
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
  
• Prepare shipments for carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  
• Assist with returns and exchanges processing

Requirements and Skills

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
  
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting (typically up to 40-50 lbs) and standing for long periods
  
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Good time management and organizational skills
  
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Active drivers license and willingness to drive company vehicles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one (advantage)
• Experience with Shopify, inventory systems, or shipping software (preferred)

Working Conditions
