You will work independently, prioritize duties, and cover in the absence of the Warehouse Manager. The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and basic math, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with shipping software (UPS/FedEx).

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders utilizing UPS/FedEx shipping software. Ensure shipments are completed timely and adhere to domestic and international shipping regulations.
  • Accurately receive and stock products. Verify quantity, lot number, and integrity of product. Document and record receipts manually and/or electronically. Stock inventory for efficient pulling of product utilizing FIFO principles.
  • Liaises with other departments and customers regarding sales orders, shipment quotes, and shipment tracking.
  • Assists with cycle counts and investigation of discrepancies to maintain an accurate perpetual inventory.
  • Pull, salvage reusable components, and dispose of expired inventory items as identified by monthly expired inventory report.
  • Maintains physical condition of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

POSITION: Warehouse Associate
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager
STATUS: Non-Exempt
SCOPE: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for daily pick, pack, and processing of customer orders. The Warehouse Associate receives, stocks product, and updates the company operating system. The Warehouse Associate will work independently and be able to prioritize responsibilities to assure completion of duties are met daily. The Warehouse Associate is capable of handling daily warehouse responsibilities in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
