Express Parcel Service International LLC is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support all warehouse operations and help the team meet goals. The role includes assisting the Warehouse Coordinator, handling shipments of dangerous and special goods, and processing non-production items while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

The overall objective of the Warehouse Assistant position is to provide support in all warehouse operations. Warehouse Assistant is to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, core values, standards and goals established by the company.

Essential Functions / Tasks

Primary responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and maintain positive working relationship and support the team to achieve our goals.
• Assists and supports the Warehouse Coordinator.
• Prepares the shipment of dangerous goods, according to Agency regulations
• Supervises the shipment of special goods
• Prepares and processes group merchandise, taking into consideration the special instructions required
• Processes all the pieces that due to their volume cannot go through the production lines.
• Maintains the inventory of the packages that arrive with unknown clients.
• Maintain neat, clean and professional appearance according to standards.
• Attend required training and meetings.
• All other duties as assigned, planned or un-planned.
