MTB Mechanical is seeking a dependable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in North Carolina. This role involves receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials so field technicians have what they need to complete projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of operating forklifts and other equipment (training provided). This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for training and career

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, shelving, and storage areas.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for delivery to job sites.
• Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with deliveries and material transfers as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if applicable).
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
