Job summary

Everyone Loves Bacon is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, organize materials, and support Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments. This role ensures technicians have the parts, tools, and materials needed to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Responsibilities include receiving and storing materials, picking and packing for job sites, honoring safety procedures, and assisting with deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical supply is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials, parts, and equipment for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for job sites based on work orders and technician requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts.
• Organize warehouse shelving, bins, and storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
• Prepare and load materials for delivery or field technicians.
• Assist with returns, transfers, and disposal of excess or damaged materials.
• Support field technicians with parts or tools as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse at all times.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Report inventory shortages, damaged items, or supply issues to the Warehouse Manager
