Autowash-System seeks a Warehouse Assistant to maintain an organized, efficient warehouse, stock parts, and support service and install teams. You will receive shipments, verify accuracy, store items properly, and prepare parts for service jobs and customer orders.

You’ll also deliver parts to customers, job sites, and technicians, supporting larger repairs when needed. The role emphasizes dependable service to ASI customers and smooth operations for technicians who rely on timely parts and

Competenze

• Valid MN driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift heavy items.
• Basic computer literacy to log shipments and update records.
• Safe handling of pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.

Description

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, receiving and stocking parts, preparing and delivering parts to customers and technicians, and providing day-to-day support to the service and install departments. This position plays an important role in ensuring technicians have the parts, materials, and resources needed to complete their work efficiently while providing dependable service to ASI customers.

Key Roles & Accountabilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify parts against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Ensure parts and materials are stored in their designated locations.
• Pull, organize, and prepare parts for service jobs and customer orders.
• Deliver parts, equipment, and materials to customers, job sites, and service technicians as needed.
• Go to job sites with other technicians for support on larger repairs and installs as assigned.

Requirements
