Job summary

Anderson Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a reliable Warehouse Delivery associate to join our team. This role combines parts delivery with warehouse duties and requires a motivated, detail-oriented person who can work in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll stage parts, deliver to job sites, monitor inventory, and keep a clean, organized warehouse and vehicle. Full-time, Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

In the Warehouse Delivery role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary parts and supplies are available for our installers to complete their work efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, knowledge of HVAC parts, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Stage parts and equipment for loading onto vehicles to support daily operations
• Deliver parts, supplies, and equipment to job sites as needed for project completion
• Monitor and replenish warehouse inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and vehicle, including trash and cardboard removal
• Communicate effectively with technicians and dispatch regarding parts orders and delivery schedules
• Accurately read invoices and coordinate with vendors when picking up parts
• Participate in required meetings and assist with phone inquiries as needed
• Work a flexible schedule and travel locally as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor
