Job summary

ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support and strengthen daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role focuses on organization, accuracy, and keeping materials moving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll contribute to shipping/receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure production and delivery stay on track, working alongside production and logistics teams in Mansfield, TX.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a warehouse associate or material handler.
• Experience operating forklift or order picker.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Ability to safely load/unload materials and follow safety standards.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
• Operate warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily priorities.

About The Role

ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Warehouse Associate / Material Handler) to support and strengthen daily warehouse operations at our facility. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping things moving in a fast‑paced environment.

You won't just be moving parts, you'll play a critical role in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving)
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment)
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily priorities

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a warehouse associate, warehouse worker, or material handler
• Proficiency in order picking, packing, and general warehouse operations
• Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required)
• Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards
• Familiarity with inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid Texas driver's license (or equivalent)
• Ability to operate a full‑size pickup truck and trailer
