Job summary

Molson Group is seeking a warehouse associate in Texas to perform routine inventory checks, maintain stock documentation, and ensure proper storage and allocation of goods. You will communicate discrepancies promptly and support general warehouse operations in a safe, organized environment.

Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing goods with complete records, optimizing space, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

• Maintain accurate documentation of stock-checked areas to provide evidence for audits.
• Ensure all returned stock is properly identified and placed in the correct warehouse location.
• Communicate promptly with the appropriate personnel regarding any stock level discrepancies.
• Continuously optimize warehouse space to accommodate increasing storage demands.
• Verify that all stock is stored in a safe and organized manner.
• Provide support with general warehouse operations.
• Accurately process incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring complete documentation and correct allocation to designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse environment at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate all relevant observations and information effectively to the appropriate parties.
• Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager.
