Food for Lane County is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the West Broadway warehouse operations. You will help with receiving, order picking, sorting, and assisting partner agencies while adhering to food safety procedures.
The role requires a valid Oregon driver’s license and the ability to operate agency vehicles. Duties include loading/unloading, inventory control, and volunteer supervision as needed.

POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Assistant
RESPONSIBLE TO: Distribution Warehouse Manager
HOURS: 40 hours / week
CLASS: Non-exempt
HOURLY WAGE: $19.50 per hour
BENEFITS: Eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance the first of the month following 30 days of employment with other benefits eligibility after a 90-day mutual introductory period is completed. Eligible for FFLC-sponsored benefits (e.g. paid time off benefits such as holidays, floating days, vacation and sick).
SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position provides support to the West Broadway warehouse operation of Food for Lane County (FFLC) by performing duties such as receiving, order picking, sorting, serving partner agencies, and general housekeeping while always adhering to proper food storage, food handling, and safety procedures. Valid Oregon driver’s license and ability to operate agency vehicles required.
