Job summary

Pavion is seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our fire business unit in New York. You will receive, stock, and organize inventory, load and deliver materials to service technicians and customers, and maintain accurate counts.

A valid license with a clean record is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a team environment. The role offers an hourly wage of $20.00–$24.00 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse and/or delivery experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for service technicians and installation crews.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and warehouse organization.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Deliver materials, parts, and equipment to customers and company locations as assigned.
• Verify delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of company delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00–$24.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
