Job summary

You will implement physical security, safety and loss prevention programs while maintaining access control, visitor management, and security monitoring in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have experience in asset protection or security operations, strong communication, and a detail-focused approach to prevent theft and protect assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in warehouse operations, security, loss prevention, or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and general PC skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Execute physical security, safety, and loss prevention programs in the Distribution Center.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire and burglar alarm systems.
• Manage front desk, lobby, and switchboard operations.
• Verify visitor authorization and escort protocols.
• Conduct bag checks and scanning to prevent theft and shrink.
• Monitor facility entrances, parking lots, and surrounding property.
• Analyze security data and video to identify loss prevention opportunities.
• Audit security systems to ensure proper function across facilities.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and evacuations; coordinate with local services.
• Assist with emergency preparedness planning and drills.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Administer new hire safety orientation and ongoing training; maintain records.
• Partner with leadership to promote safety, security, and accountability.
