Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to help keep our distribution center safe, secure, and running efficiently. You’ll protect people, product, and property while supporting the accurate flow of goods in and out of the facility.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, indoors and outdoors. You’ll monitor access, conduct bag checks, audit inventory, and partner with operations to identify risks and solve problems, ensuring data accuracy across systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or security preferred.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (indoor/outdoor).

Responsibilities

• Protect people and assets within the distribution center.
• Monitor access for associates and visitors; perform bag checks.
• Maintain key control and security procedures.
• Audit inventory and verify system vs. physical counts.
• Monitor CCTV and report security concerns.
• Support yard and shipment operations; track trailers and vehicle flow.
• Record daily logs and assist leadership with investigations and improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to maintain security standards.
