Iron Mountain in Moonachie, NJ is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Service Specialist to join our Global Records Management team. You will oversee warehouse asset tracking, manage shipping and receiving schedules, and execute asset storage and destruction workflows to maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse administration or related operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to audit inventories and coordinate time-sensitive logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or shipping and receiving operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, asset tracking, and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Manage Warehouse Operations & Space: Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to regulate warehouse space utilization, oversee the receipt and storage of assets, and process physical items for secure storage or destruction.
• Collaborate on Asset Tracking: Partner with internal teams and logistics partners to account for all assets within the facility, conduct thorough audits of incoming goods, and maintain accurate operational reports.
• Ensure Compliance & Facility Safety: Execute daily tasks in strict accordance with established operating procedures, maintaining safety standards and protecting facility equipment.
