Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily production in our facility. This role involves bench assembly, material handling, and general labor tasks within a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain clean, organized workspaces, assist with 5S and process improvements, and operate a forklift as needed. Shifts vary 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am Monday–Friday with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year(s) of experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Works in warehouse bench assembly.
• Performs material handling and repetitive assembly with attention to detail and quality.
• Performs general labor to support production and facility operations.
• Prepares skids for shipment, ensuring materials are organized and ready.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe production floor.
• Supports 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assists with floor layout and measuring, applying floor tape.
• Maintains organized workspaces for efficient production flow.
• Operates a forklift as needed.
• Assists production and other departments with general labor and facility tasks.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement.
• Creates, prints, and applies assembly labels.
• Follows OSHA and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
