Job summary

Carli Suspension LLC is seeking a reliable warehouse worker to stage, load, and unload finished products and raw materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck, assist shipping and receiving, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced Lake Elsinore, CA facility. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1–2 years of related experience and good communication skills; excellent teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse experience recommended.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts for finished goods packaging.
• Package finished products for inventory/shipping; shrink wrap, box, label.
• Stage finished products for loading; load onto trucks.
• Unload raw materials from trucks and move to storage.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, hand truck; maintain logs.
• Maintain material supply and inventory accuracy; follow safety rules.
