Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support packaging, stocking, receiving, and shipping operations. You will use hand tools and operate a pallet jack, maintaining accurate records and ensuring items are ready for the production line.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year in distribution or warehouse, and strong communication. Proficiency with Excel and Word is preferred, and the team environment values reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1+ year distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Package shipments and ship via UPS, FedEx, and motor freight.
Maintain stock of packaging materials.
Receive inventory and prepare receiving reports matched to POs.
Report damaged items for RMA.
Stock and perform cycle counts; adjust quantities.
Assemble kits from inventory.
Update calibration certificates and equipment serial numbers.
Operate hand and power tools to assemble, test, and set up monitors and detectors.
Keep a clean, ready area.
Perform final checks and record-keeping for materials.
Other duties as assigned.
