Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the assigned area.
• Serve as line lead, supervising workflow and processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide hands-on training for new and returning associates.
• Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Process orders, verify prices and availability, and coordinate shipping.
