Qualifications

• Certified to operate a REACH lift.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong leadership and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Serve as the line lead, supervise the flow of work and processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and propose and implement solutions to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide hands-on training for new and returning associates on all functional aspects of the ticket processing job.
• Track inventory levels of products and reorder supplies as needed.
• Process orders, verify prices and availability with vendors, and ship products to customers.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as required
