Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.
• Serve as the line lead, supervising workflow and staff.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvements.
• Provide hands-on training for associates on all ticket processing aspects.
• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Process orders, verify prices and product availability with vendors, and ship to customers.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as required.
