Job summary

Mt Olive Pickles is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Lead for our Distribution Center. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor with daily duties, operates a forklift, and leads a small team to ensure accurate stock movements and timely order fulfillment.

You will manage warehouse duties, maintain stock rotation, assist in loading/unloading, verify transfers, and keep the distribution center safe and organized, including opening and securing the facility as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires math and reading skills.
• Interpersonal skills are important in this job.
• Has supervisory duties at Distribution Center for about six employees.
• Visual acuity required for operating forklift and checking dates.

Responsibilities

• Assists Warehouse Supervisor with daily duties such as coordination of tasks.
• Opens warehouses daily as needed and secures them on weekends as needed.
• Operates a forklift to unload and load trucks and direct material handling as required.
• Verifies picking stock to fill orders and records transfers of stock into the Distribution Center.
• Assists in inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain accuracy.
• Supports customers with pickle sales at the Distribution Center.
