Job Summary

The Warehouse & Sales Call Center Associate at M1 Support Services combines warehouse operations with customer service, requiring basic knowledge of aviation/aerospace products. Responsibilities include handling inventory, processing shipments, and assisting customers via phone and email with product inquiries and sales.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations:
   • Receive, inventory, inspect, and stock incoming aviation/aerospace parts and supplies.
   • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
   • Pick, pack, and ship orders following company and industry regulations.
   • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
2. Sales and Customer Support:
   • Call prospective clients to provide inventory information.
   • Answer inbound calls and emails related to inventory sales.
   • Provide product information and assist customers with order placement.
   • Process sales transactions, generate invoices, and track shipments.
   • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of aviation/aerospace parts and industry terminology.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management is a plus.
• Customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation supply chain logistics.

Working Conditions

Standard warehouse and office environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
