ASC Equipment in Memphis seeks a Warehouse & Operations Support Specialist to keep our local warehouse running smoothly, handling shipping, receiving, and material handling as the core of the role. You’ll also support invoicing, waiver tracking, and order coordination to help the team move efficiently.

You’ll work-first in warehouse tasks, with opportunities to grow into Warehouse Lead or Inside Support Specialist depending on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving for the Memphis location.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and completeness against packing lists.
• Stage and prepare materials for outbound shipments and project needs.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
• Proactively track and communicate shipment status and any issues.
• Assist with inventory organization and basic tracking.
• Assist with order coordination — tracking job progress and flagging missing information.
• Maintain organized digital and physical job files.
• Support communication across teams to keep workflow moving.

About the Role

The Warehouse & Operations Support Specialist keeps our Memphis warehouse running reliably: shipping, receiving, and material handling are the core of the job. As capacity allows, this person also takes on operational support work — invoicing documentation, waiver tracking, and order coordination — that helps the wider team run more smoothly.

Warehouse work always comes first. When shipments need to move, everything else waits. Over time, this role is built to develop in one of two directions depending on business needs and demonstrated strengths, so it suits someone who wants to grow rather than stay static.

What You’ll Do

This is not a fixed job forever. At roughly the 12 to 18 month mark, we expect to reach a natural crossroads and choose a path together, based on where Memphis volume is heading and where the person's aptitude clearly lands:

• Warehouse & Logistics track — growing into a Warehouse Lead / Logistics Coordinator role owning Memphis fulfillment end to end.
• Operations track — moving toward an Inside Support Specialist role with company-wide responsibilities in submittals, order flow, and project coordination.

Which path we take is decided on performance and business demand, not tenure alone. We will be honest early about which direction is opening up.
