B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Albuquerque is seeking a warehouse supervisor to manage inventory, coordinate parts, and support field readiness for service teams. The role focuses on accuracy, organization, and safe operations.

You will oversee truck inventory, sign-offs, and weekly performance reviews with the General Manager, while ensuring timely deliveries to job sites. A high school diploma and 2 years of warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills required.
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new truck inventory setup and cycle count processes.
• Oversee technician truck sign-off for inventory and tools; enforce chargebacks when applicable.
• Lead the receiving team with clear goals, metrics, and performance reviews.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with the General Manager to review performance and set action plans.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming orders and manage parts ordering.
• Label, stock, audit, clean, and prepare new vehicles for field readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, yard, and inventory space.
• Perform bin location updates and overall organization of stock.
• Coordinate equipment movement between warehouse and job sites.
• Pick up materials from supply houses and deliver to job sites or warehouse as needed.
