T-Mark in Buffalo, NY is seeking a dependable Warehouse and Parts Driver to support technicians and daily operations by keeping parts, equipment, and materials organized and moving where needed.

This hands-on role combines warehouse responsibilities with driving and deliveries to help ensure our field teams have what they need to complete their jobs efficiently. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and ongoing training for career growth.

Formación

• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts, tools, and equipment as required.
• Willingness to learn inventory systems.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure inventory is stored properly.
• Prepare and stage materials for scheduled service and installation jobs.
• Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to technicians and job sites as needed.
• Pick up parts and return unused materials or equipment to the warehouse.
• Track inventory, document deliveries, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles safely.
• Keep warehouse areas and delivery vehicles clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, technicians, and other departments to coordinate material needs.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while handling inventory and completing deliveries.

What You’ll Do

• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
