Job summary

B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Albuquerque seeks a warehouse inventory supervisor to manage truck inventory, cycle counts, receiving accuracy, and stock organization across the yard and warehouse.

You will lead the receiving team, coordinate equipment movements between warehouse and job sites, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while ensuring timely materials delivery to field crews.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage new truck inventory setup and cycle count processes.
• Oversee technician truck sign-off for inventory and tools; enforce chargebacks when applicable.
• Lead the receiving team with clear goals, metrics, and performance reviews.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with the General Manager to review performance and set action plans.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming orders and manage parts ordering.
• Label, stock, audit, clean, and prepare new vehicles for field readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, yard, and inventory space.
• Perform bin location updates and overall organization of stock.
• Coordinate equipment movement between warehouse and job sites.
• Pick up materials from supply houses and deliver to job sites or warehouse as needed.
