Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience leading teams and improving operational performance.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• CPG, consumer products, packaging, or manufacturing background.
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Warehouse safety and forklift training knowledge.

• Use KPIs and operational data to drive performance improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to support business goals.

What We’re Looking For:
