In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, delivery, and quality control of technology equipment. Your duties include loading and unloading items, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping an organized warehouse environment. By delivering exceptional service and reliable support, you will contribute to strengthening client relationships and enhancing overall service quality. This position promotes a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement, fostering teamwork and a commitment to excellence. The role reports directly to the Warehouse Specialist.
What will you do:
- Equipment Handling: Anticipate and address equipment issues or last-minute changes professionally and efficiently. Load, unload, and transport technology safely, securing all items properly.
- Inventory and Quality Control: Manage inventory following proper procedures, conduct regular counts, and maintain accurate records. Prepare, inspect, and test equipment to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Receive, stock, and distribute equipment to support inventory needs while following all safety procedures.
- Team Support: Provide outstanding service to internal and external clients by responding promptly and professionally. Use company systems for scheduling, tracking, and inventory management.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver up to 50 pounds independently and with assistance for heavier items.
- Accountability and Communication: Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a collaborative mindset. Communicate effectively with staff and vendors about deliveries, support daily operations, attend meetings, and collaborate with the team.
- Technology Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of technology, with the ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain audiovisual and related equipment efficiently.
What are We looking for:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Job-related experience is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and programs.
- Effective leadership abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Sales or retail experience is a plus.
- Clear communication with clients, venues, and internal teams.
- Organization of the warehouse and all its moving parts.
