Job summary

Kurz Industrial Solutions Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse and Deliver Associate to be the face of Kurz when delivering and picking up products from customers, ensuring orders are picked accurately and safely loaded and unloaded.

You will also support warehouse tasks, maintain vehicle safety, and work with the Warehouse Supervisor on special projects such as cycle counting and vendor receipts, contributing to our customer-focused logistics operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid and clean driver's license required.
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills needed.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Loads delivery vehicles, ensuring items are secured.
• Drives company vehicles to transport orders to customer locations.
• Processes delivery paperwork for customer deliveries and pick-ups within Netsuite.
• Inspects delivery vehicle to ensure safe operation.
• Assists with picking and packing orders in the warehouse as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assists with warehouse housekeeping to keep a safe, clean environment.
• Participates in special projects (cycle counting, vendor receipts, etc.).

Role Mission

As the Warehouse and Deliver Associate you will play important role in our customer focused strategy by being the face of Kurz when delivering and picking up of product from our customers, ensuring orders are picked accurately from within our warehouses and safely loading and unloading trucks for the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Loads delivery vehicles, ensuring all items and materials are properly secured.


• Drives company vehicles to efficiently transport orders and items to and from customer locations.


• Complete and process delivery paperwork for customer deliveries and pick-ups within the Netsuite software.


• Maintains and inspects delivery vehicle to ensure it is operating in a safe manner.


• Assists with picking and packing customer\'s orders within the warehouse as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.


• Assists with the warehouse housekeeping, ensuring it is clean, orderly and provides a safe work environment.


• Assists with special projects (cycle counting, vendor receipts, etc.).
