Unclaimed Baggage’s retail and operations facilities are located near the quaint, downtown square in Scottsboro, Alabama, a charming small town tucked away in the northeast corner of the state, surrounded by the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and next to the stunning Tennessee River and Lake Guntersville.

Responsibilities

• Sorting: Sorting and identifying returnable found items. Involves some light to heavy lifting.
• General Warehouse Maintenance: Following all safety rules and always operating equipment in a safe manner, including wearing appropriate protective devices as needed. Keeping a clean and clutter-free work environment. Operation of pallet jacks and other light warehouse equipment. Disposal of trash, hazardous, and recycled materials per warehouse guidelines. Maintenance and cleaning of common areas as needed, including break rooms and restrooms.

Time Required by the Position

40 hours/week; overtime as required from time to time, upon request.

Office Hours

7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., M – F, with a one-hour lunch break.
