Job summary

PSC Group is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support rail traffic paperwork and daily operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, system maintenance, and coordination with drivers on a busy site.

The successful candidate will handle inventory movements in SAP, maintain cycle counts, and ensure timely processing of paperwork while upholding confidentiality and safety standards at the facility.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• 18+ years old; legal to work in the U.S.; may require Driver's License or TWIC.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).
• On-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Military experience a plus.

Warehouse Administrator

PSC Group is hiring a full-time Warehouse Administrator. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong computer skills, responsible for processing paperwork for all rail traffic and other administrative tasks. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute warehouse work packets and bills.
• Perform SAP/GWM inventory movements.
• Communicate with truck drivers, provide instructions, and assign dock doors for all live unloads and loads.
• Perform warehouse system maintenance, including cycle counts and re-warehousing.
• Maintain Blender hot room storage inventory and manage product shelf life.
• Print drumline labels and schedule work.
• Plan component needs and order supplies as needed, including empty drums, pallets, labels, and other materials.
• Handle various administrative tasks and provide support for site operational needs.
• Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support job completion and site operations.

Job Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines on a consistent basis
• Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Work Schedule

8 - 12 Hour Day Shift (Some weekends required)
