Job description

As a Warehouse Administrator you will be reporting to Warehouse Supervisor and performing all the administrative tasks required to successfully achieve daily operations in the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities

Drafting and preparing inbound and outbound documents including archiving

You are the contact person for the day-to‑day administrative business of our customers in the warehouse area

Handling the driver registration, check, and record the accompanying documents.

You are responsible for the related administrative tasks such as registration of seal number , signing/checking/proofing CMR and registration of incoming and outgoing goods

Managing the smooth documentation of the filing and invoice verification of the received goods

Your daily tasks include incoming and outgoing goods postings (internal and external)

You regularly coordinate with the customer service, external service providers and Transport team on incoming and outgoing goods

You are responsible for ordering office supplies and warehouse articles such as Consumables, PPE ́s and work clothes etc.

You are responsible for the preparation and reporting of a load performance file of the same day

Preparation of the inbound and outbound file during the last shift

Actively supporting the achievement of the group KPIs.

The area of responsibility is rounded off by active participation in process optimizations and customer implementations

You Assure to maintain a safe, secure and clean work environment.

We are looking for

Previous Experience in an administrative role in the warehouse environment is highly desirable

Excellent communication skills within the team and superiors

Team player, the ability to work with others and through people and the organization

Sense of urgency and drive to get things done

Pro‑active, professional, and hands‑on mentality

Flexible to work in shifts (incl. night shifts, weekends, and Bank holidays if req.)

Ability to cope in a constant changing environment

MS office (Excel, outlook, and Word, ability to learn new systems)

Good English and German skills
