Job summary

Capstone is seeking a dependable Warehouse Administrative & Recruiting Coordinator to support day-to-day admin and recruiting for a busy grocery distribution operation. The role involves site admin, reporting, payroll review, and candidate coordination.

You will collaborate with site leadership, associates, candidates, and corporate teams, leveraging Excel and internal systems to maintain records and schedules while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, data entry and numbers.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily records and site documentation.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports for Capstone and partners.
• Track staffing, attendance, productivity, and other information using Excel.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, orientation sessions and other recruiting activities.
• Assist with payroll preparation, reviewing time and attendance info for discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to site leadership and assist with special projects.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and follow up with candidates through hiring.
• Communicate professionally with associates, managers, candidates, and partners.
