Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Compton, CA to support daily administrative and inventory needs in a busy grocery distribution operation. The role blends office tasks with hands-on work on the warehouse floor.

You will enter and update data in company systems, track shipments and inventory, prepare paperwork, and communicate with site leadership to keep operations organized. Weekly earnings are production-based and paid weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update daily warehouse information in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records related to inventory, shipments, and site activity.
• Assist with inventory tracking and documentation.
• Prepare paperwork and materials for shipments and internal communication.
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming documentation.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer systems for daily tasks.
• Communicate with warehouse employees and site leadership regarding operational information.
• Help maintain organized files and office areas.
• Walk the warehouse floor to verify information and support daily operations.
