Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Clerk responsible for providing internal and external administrative and customer support in the branch. The role includes phone support of inbound and field calls, documentation, and ensuring the proper flow of the yard.

You will schedule appointments, assign work, and serve as a department contact while printing labels and creating load sheets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous SAP and Catalyst experience is a plus.
• Proficient reading, writing, and spoken English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to answer phones and respond rapidly to emails.
• Ability to work independently and in a diverse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via email.
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and processes.
• Maintain proper flow of the yard.
• Schedule appointments as necessary.
• Schedule and administer work assignments.
• Function as point of contact for respective department.
• Print labels; create problem tickets.
• Create load sheets and/or ASNs.
• Successfully meet company expectation in regard to accuracy, performance, and attendance.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
