Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to provide internal and external administrative and customer support in the Saint Peters, Missouri branch.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, manage documentation, schedule yard flows and workloads, print labels, create load sheets, and be a primary contact for your department, delivering accurate tasks with strong attendance and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office; SAP and Catalyst experience a plus.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via email.
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and processes as needed.
• Maintain proper flow of the yard; schedule appointments as necessary.
• Schedule and administer work assignments.
• Function as point of contact for respective department.
• Print labels; create problem tickets.
• Create load sheets and/or ASNs.
• Meet company expectations for accuracy, performance, and attendance.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
