PLA in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Clerk to support the warehouse operations team with detailed recordkeeping, reporting, and administrative duties. You will work under the Warehouse Administrative Manager to ensure accurate system transactions and efficient documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s Degree preferred).
• 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (warehouse/logistics preferred).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite management with day-to-day administrative functions
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and system data entry
• Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, order entry, answering phones, and routing messages
• Assist with scheduling, inventory coordination, and shipping/receiving documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative workflow
• Adapt to changing priorities and reporting structures based on business needs
