Job summary

Vintners Logistics, LLC in Kennewick, Washington is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service by phone and email, greet callers, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

You will process customer orders in warehouse and transportation management systems, respond to inquiries, and coordinate between warehousing and transportation to ensure orders are picked, shipped, and documented correctly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer AA in business.
• Minimum 2 years of warehousing and transportation experience.
• Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
• Greet visitors, coordinate in and out shipments, complete sign-ins.
• Receive and process customer orders in warehouse and transportation management systems.
• Conduct customer calls as needed for order coordination, changes, payments and status.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Coordinate between transportation and warehousing to ensure orders are picked, shipped and documented correctly.
• Set up new customer accounts and onboarding activities.
• Process warehouse receiving; system entry and item creation as needed.
• Assist in inventory counts, month end closing and related operational duties.
