Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is hiring for a full-time warehouse role in Sparks, NV. You will work onsite in a fast-paced distribution environment reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting receiving, picking, and shipping.

This position offers competitive pay at $19.00/hour plus a weekly production/attendance bonus up to $21.50/hour, overtime opportunities, and daily pay options, with benefits starting day one. Military and veteran friendly employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics or inventory preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS and order processing functions.
• Proficient in Office apps: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage customer order batches through the WMS.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Leads and Shipping personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and support daily wave planning.
• Review and adjust order batches based on constraints.
• Assist with substitutions when inventory shortages occur.
• Maintain data entry and system records.
• Communicate across departments to support goals.
• Follow safety, security, and procedures.

About This Position

***$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour***

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Release and manage customer order batches through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support daily wave planning and order fulfillment.
• Communicate with stockers regarding products that require replenishment to support order completion.
• Resolve order processing issues to minimize delays and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system records.
• Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow Bluetooth devices (Apple watches, air pods, cell phones etc.) on warehouse floor.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
  • Overtime as needed (typically on Friday's)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.
